- General provisions
- Massage parlor «Be Boss» provides relaxation and manual services intended for adults. All offered treatments are in accordance with applicable law, performed by qualified personnel and do not include sexual activities or services prohibited by law.
- All services are performed in conditions that ensure comfort and discretion.
- Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
- Settlements for e-transfer transactions are carried out via the PayU system.
- Terms of Service
- Services are provided only after prior reservation, which must be confirmed by advance payment.
- The Client is obliged to observe personal hygiene rules and follow the recommendations of staff.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse to provide service in the event of inappropriate behavior of the client.
- Payment Policy
- Reservation of the service requires an advance payment of PLN 100, which is a non-refundable reservation fee.
- The remaining amount is payable in cash or by card on site before the start of the service.
- The prepayment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation of the visit.
- Complaints and returns
- Complaints regarding the quality of services provided should be submitted immediately after their completion.
- Refunds are not accepted, except in cases where the service was not performed due to the fault of the salon.
- Final provisions
- The Regulations enter into force on the date of their publication on the salon’s website.
- By making a reservation, the Client confirms that he/she has read the regulations and accepts their content.
- The Salon reserves the right to change the regulations.
