   We process personal data provided by Customers when using our services, including:
   • Name and surname,
   • Email address,
   • Phone number,
   • Service booking data,
   • Payment details (e.g. in the case of prepayments).

   Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
   • Making reservations and providing services – pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR (necessity to perform the contract),
   • Maintaining settlements and issuing invoices – pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR (legal obligation),
   • Direct marketing (with the Client’s consent) – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent),

   • Entities handling online payments , including PayU,
   • Entities providing accounting and legal services,

   • Required by law (e.g. accounting data for 5 years from the end of the financial year),

   The salon website uses cookies and the Bookero system to process reservations and manage services. Bookero is the data administrator for the reservation system in accordance with their privacy policy.
